Terms and Conditions for Donation

Donation Purpose All donations made to the Canada Uganda Cancer Run are strictly voluntary and used to support our mission in the fight against cancer. Your contribution helps fund our initiatives, research, and support programs for those in need.
 Acceptance of Donations Acceptance of any contribution, gift, or grant is at the discretion of the Canada Uganda Cancer Run. We reserve the right to decline any gift that does not align with our mission or if it poses any financial or legal liability to the organization.
Payment via Interac e-Transfer By choosing to donate via Interac e-Transfer, you agree to send funds manually to our designated account (ugandacancercharity@gmail.com). Please ensure you include your full name and contact information in the transfer message so we can properly identify your donation and issue your receipt.
 Tax Treatment and Receipts The Canada Uganda Cancer Run will provide acknowledgments/receipts for donations that meet the required criteria. We do not provide specific tax advice. We encourage donors to consult with their own professional tax advisers regarding the treatment of their charitable gifts.
Privacy and Data We respect the privacy of our donors. Your personal information (such as your name and email address) will be used solely for the purpose of processing your donation and sending you a receipt. We do not compensate third parties for directing donations to our organization.
Refund Policy All donations are considered final. If you have made an error in your donation amount or have concerns regarding your transaction, please contact us immediately at ugandacancercharity@gmail.com
