The Ministry of Foreign Affairs fully participated in the Rotary Cancer Run 2026, held this morning.

The Ministry was ably represented by dozens of staff members and their families, retired Foreign Service Officers, and friends of the Ministry. Their participation reaffirms our steadfast commitment to health diplomacy and our unwavering support for national initiatives dedicated to combating cancer in Uganda.

We were honoured to be joined by members of the Diplomatic Corps, with several resident Diplomatic Missions commendably represented. Our Missions abroad were equally engaged, both through physical participation and generous sponsorship and procurement of kits.

We express our profound appreciation to all staff and partners who participated and contributed to this noble cause.
